Great customer Service
I received the desk in a timely manner but when I opened the box I noticed a small crack in the desktop. I contacted Sauder and they immediately sent me out a replacement and I didn't need to go through the hassle of resending the cracked desktop. They were great! I would highly recommend this desk...although if you're not an avid "assembly-required" person I would suggest calling a friend. I put it together my self in a few hours while watching TV. (Although I have put together MANY assembly required pieces!) :)More detail ...
